Mama Moves is a Latin dance class designed for mothers and their little ones in sling carriers. With your baby close to your heart, you’ll move, groove, and connect through vibrant rhythms — all while building strength, joy, and community. A little Movement Break in the Holiday rush is needed - wear your Christmas PJ's (baby too!) and come dance! Rebekah is our Guest Instructor and will be guiding you through the basic steps of Bachata! Your body will love the movement and your baby with love the rhythm!
